Altmõisa Guesthouse is situated in Western Estonia, on the northern coast of Matsalu Bay. The properties of Altmõisa border on the Matsalu Nature Reserve; sea can be seen from the windows, migration birds fly over the house. Edward Ludwig, the founder of the guesthouse, has wished it to be a place, where one could strengthen the body, freshen the soul and broaden the mind. The mission of the guesthouse is to serve a person as a whole, helping him/her on three levels - both in physical and mental healing and achieving the spiritual broadness just to the extent each guest wishes or needs. The spirit of the house is better expressed in the principle "give away and receive". While visiting us you get a warm welcome and personal service irrespective of whether you come to hold a conference or training, enjoy the beauty of Läänemaa's nature, simply to relax or festively celebrate important event. Good newsThe first migratory birds came to Matsalu in the beginning of March this year. This week are noticed geese, swans and cranes in swarms - you can see already more than 100 species! We have arranged one of our double-rooms with view to the sea suitable for romantic weekends. There is a queen-size bed, a sofa, TV, a toilet-table and fabolous wide view to the sea. After hard work on the seminar, it's good to go to hiking on foot or by bicycle. The hiking track is 5 km from our house. You can also use our new wooden hiking track to the sea for shorter trips. Cheer your date with the romantic dinner near the fireplace! Staying overnight in the wide and stilish suite, dish with fruits and champagne, pleasant music and being away from the city-noise - just like on the edge of the World... |
